WomSA offers multiple 6-month mentorship cycles per year. Each cycle will begin with a kickoff and orientation. The orientation will include information for both mentors and members such as:
- Understanding best practices in a mentor/member partnership
- An overview of WomSA resources
- Setting expectations
- Understanding responsibilities
